Please take your time to read our new policies coming into effect for cancellations, reschedules and missed appointments. They are also displayed on HotDoc when you book an appointment with us online, as well as signage in our clinic.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to change your appointment. We ask that you kindly cancel or reschedule by ringing the practice on (07) 3557 7811 at least 24 hours before your booking time. If wish to cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours from your booking, a fee of $40 will be charged and will need to be settled before booking any further appointments.
Missed appointments & No shows
Whether you do confirm your appointment, or have not replied to a confirmation message but missed your appointment, you will be charged a missed appointment fee of $70, and this will need to be settled before booking any further appointments.
